Die casting Dies caonsist of two major sections:
the ejector die half and the cover die half. And the die cavities and
cores are usually machined into inserts that are fitted into each of
these halves. The cover die half is secured to the stationary platen,
while the ejector die half is fastened to the movable platen. The cavity
and matching core must be designed so that the die moulds can be pulled
away from the solidified casting.
And typically a die casting dies ( moulds ) includes below components: ejector pins, ejector plates, ejector return pins, base support, Guide pillar, die insert waterway, die inserts, fixed cores, moving core, moving core holds, angle pin, core locking wedge, cascade waterway, plunger bush, guide bushes and etc.

are designed to be used for both USA and European markets. You can get
our service for the molds design and manufacture with advanced
manufacturing equipments. Various kinds of advanced CNC machines
(machining center, EDM, wire-cut EDM, grinder, miller, lathes, turning
& drilling center) have been installed in our tooling workshop,
enabling us to support in-house mold design and making for all sorts of
tool for under 1,800 tones die casting machine with an excellent quality
and very low competitive price.
Mould design: The mould are designed and build by experienced
engineers and technical staff who can collaborate with our client's own
engineers on the design of castings to ensure smooth production and good
performance for finished products.
The mould are designed by PRO/ENGINEER, SOLIDWORKS, UNIGRAPHICS
and simulation analysis software to be sure the quality and high
efficiency before tooling machining. Mould cavity and frame will be
machined by modern equipments such as CNC machining center, EDM machines
and EDM wire cutting machines. The rich experiences and technology of
our engineer will be great helpful for you.
